the step is
- connect the power but printer still off
- press Stop button and hold and then press the power button and hold
- while you hold down the Power button, release the stop button 2 times
remember the power button still hold on
- take your finger together
- the computer will detect a new device may you ignore them
- this situasion is showing that printer on Service mode

Reset counter on Samsung ML-2510
To clear paper jams, please follow the steps below.
1. Press the cover release lever to open the front cover.
2. Take out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
3. Hold down the lock lever on the right and take the toner cartridge out of the drum unit.Take out the jammed paper if there is any inside the drum unit.
4. Put the toner cartridge back into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. If you put it in properly, the lock lever will lift automatically.
